Resort conducts a renovation of the walkway from 1 June 10 to 31 Oct 10, which may cause some noise to be occurred during the daily operational hours (09:00 to 17:00). However, room availability is very limited. You should make a room booking in advance i.e. 3-4 weeks ahead.

- Payment Policy:
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Green Season : within 12 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation after that one night will be charged
- High and Peak Season : within 20 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation after that one night will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
- No Show & Early Departure :
- Green and High Season : One night charge equivalent to room rate is applied for no show and early departure. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the paid rooms.
- Peak Season : Full charge is applied. The hotel shall reserve the right to sell the paid rooms.
